WAWA CUISINE_ Ndole

NDOLE RECIPE
- 500g of Ndole
- 0.5kg of beef (or meat of your choice), cut into pieces
- 4 large onions,
- 400g peanuts, peeled
- 250g dried crayfish
- 1/2 kg of prawns
- 1kg of shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic,
- 200ml palm oil
- salt
Tips: even if you bought the Ndolé balls already washed, I recommend that you follow this tip.
Boil the leaves in a large pot filled with water and a little rock salt.
After boiling, remove the leaves using a strainer, pour in and change the water.
Step 1: boil your peanuts and put them on a plate, with 2 onions, garlic cloves, and crayfish. Make them crush
Step 3: heat your palm oil, sweat your onions, then add your meat, salt it, let it simmer without adding water to bring out the juices from your meat.
Step 4: Then pour your crushed peanuts into the cooked meat with its juice, simmer for at least 30 minutes. pour the Ndole into the peanuts, and let cook for at least 20 minutes. Turn from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step 5: put your oil on the fire and let it heat up, cut your onions and pour them into the hot oil with your prawns and shrimps, previously cooked, let them cook slightly and finally pour the mixture over your Ndole.
Serve with a side dish of your choice.
